The instructor (Master Danny) explained the material in a beautiful and attractive way. He almost managed to capture our attention throughout the session. Moreover, he was very humble, answered and addressed all our queries. His method in explaining the techniques stimulated our thinking process and made the session very interactive and dynamic. Highly experienced and knowledgeable even if the questions were not related to the course contents. Finally and most important thing to highlight that he shared his own experience in Arhatic Yoga practice in order all the AY practitioners benefit from it. Very organised. Well done!

I felt as if I was in another universe. Usually, at other trainings I heard 80% of the information that I was familiar with and 20% - new information, but with no specific techniques how to apply it in the life. Here I would say 80% was new and I had a clear understanding how to use it for my further personal growth.
