The information I received not he first day, opened my eyes to things I had already experience, felt, and learned growing up as a child.
After the first class, I went home, washed my arms with tea tree soap, water, and salt. Opened the book to do my home work.
After that, I took a salt shower. I love salt showers.

I loved the arhatic yoga prep course that was held in Bahrain we were a small group of about 20 which allowed us to assimilate the content very well. The translator was excellent and of course he fasciliator Sumi was beyond amazing. I am truly grateful to have been there to receive this. Thank you all thank you especially to the Bahrain team for making this happen. Thank you MCKS for spreading this knowledge.
