    Shawana, is a very dynamic instructor. She ensures that she makes eye contact with everyone. Has a fabulous sense of humour and keeps the class atmosphere light with her facial expressions and jokes. She also has a way of speaking to the class which makes you feel like she is addressing you as an individual and not as a group. She definitely also has a lot of knowledge from different courses which she shares as necessary when the need arises. I must say that she delivered much more than we paid for in the class.
