I have learnt many things in this course. When i first took the basic course, it gave me an awakening feeling, self-realization, and i was amazed by everything that we unfortunately were not conscious of. Shanu Anand is an excellent teacher. She explains very well and she makes sure you understand the concept. She uses lots of concrete examples to make you understand how it works.
