Discover the Real You through Aura Cleansing

The aura is basically the energy body. Each of us has an aura. Interestingly, illnesses, before manifesting in the physical body, actually appear in the aura or our energy body. An unhealthy aura is thus an essential symptom before any disease or disorder manifests. Aura cleansing is thus crucial.

Cleansing the aura helps in achieving inner stillness and thus allows one to communicate with one's higher soul. Any normal person's aura is usually filled with inner noise that consists of various emotion clouds and thought forms. Meditation on Twin Hearts aids in flushing out much of the inner noise as it activates the heart chakra or anahata chakra and the crown chakra or sahasrara chakra, allowing Divine energy or spiritual energy to descend. Aura cleansing is thus essential if one seeks to master the art of achieving inner stillness.

Pranic Healing Theories

Pranic healing employs two basic principles: Cleansing and Energizing. Aura cleansing, along with cleansing of the chakras is essential for cleaning any negative, dirty and detrimental energy in the etheric body.

Master Choa Kok Sui classified etheric energy (also referred to as Prana) into two categories– gross prana and refined prana. While gross prana consists of bigger energy molecules and is heavier, refined prana is lighter and and contains smaller molecules.

When a chakra is malfunctional and requires to be energized, the process of healing is hastened when there is refined pranic energy. Smaller molecules are absorbed into the chakras in the human body with greater ease and speed while gross prana, being heavier, might even lead to congestion.

The book by Master Choa Kok Sui, Miracles through Pranic Healing, contains a pictorial representation about the function of aura cleansing and energizing in enhancing the quality of energy that various bio-synthetic substances emanate.

What is the Need for Cleansing?

Aura cleansing and the cleansing of the chakras should ideally be conducted before energizing. There are certain reasons why this should be done:

  • Cleansing the aura and the chakras leads to facilitation with regard to the absorption of the prana or ki (chi)
  • Cleansing hastens the healing process. Moreover, lesser quantity of prana is necessary once the aura and the chakras have been effectively cleansed.
  • Radical reactions are reduced to a greater extent. When energizing is conducted before the process of cleansing, there are usually certain unpleasant radical reactions where the condition to be healed actually worsens first. By cleansing the aura, this initial stage of discomfort and worsened health can thus be avoided and managed better.
  • Without aura cleansing and cleaning of the chakras, there is risk involved with regard to potential damage that can be caused to finer energy channels or meridians. When the aura and the chakras have first been cleansed, this risk is greatly reduced.

Master Cho Kok Sui, in his book, The Ancient Science and Art of Pranic Healing, establishes an analogy between energizing before cleansing and pouring fresh coffee into a cup that is filled with stale coffee. Without aura cleansing, therefore, the healing energy is wasted as the energy body cannot absorb the prana due to all the dirty energy that it is already congested with.

Aura cleansing opens up blocked channels and does away with diseased energy so that the healing energy can work with speed and fluidity. When energizing precedes cleansing, there is a very strong chance of the recurrence of the ailment either immediately or within a considerably short span of time. Healing can thus be successfully accomplished only when the diseased energy is cleansed first and then the affected parts are energized.
