This course was fantastic! Sooo interesting! Reghu had me spellbound with the knowledge he obvioisly delighted in sharing with us. There was so much information to assimilate but the way in which it was shared made so much sense through Reghu's skill in presenting the theoretical concepts and allowing us to put them into practice in pair work.

The Arhatic Yoga prep is really transforming my life. I love practicing the blue triangle and white board technique the most.
I loved how Sriram explained and guided the course. He is a really brilliant and funny trainer.
