There was so much information to assimilate. The length of time is too long with too much intense information and intense energies coming down. It would be better to have the course over 4 days. I couldn't concentrate the second day and got sleepy. I feel I have missed out and don't know exactly which exercises to start with to continue my Arhatic development.
The trainer was OUTSTANDING and funny. I appreciate his clarity in thinking and speech, likewise his positivism remained throughout the days.
