The humility of the Trainer, Shahwana, and her loving kindness were both nurturing and empowering - she created a safe space to practise, learn, and grow.
The curriculum was comprehensive, and the constant acknowledgement of the Master reinforced Shahwana being but an instrument to enlighten us.
The two days were wisdom rich, high in energy, and throughly enjoyable.
I’m very grateful I got in a plane to do the course, it debunked many myths and concerns I had heard from others.
A must-learn for all.
