The course was more than great. It gave us the basics of pranic healing in a very simple way. I enjoyed the exercises and everything we learned. The thing I liked the most that when I started reading the book I found every single thing we took in the course and in a simple way. Everything in Pranic healing foundation is organized (titles, materials...etc) and this made me feel more comfortable to continue the rest of the levels.
