It’s real self growth in matter of how you monitor your physical, verbal & mental actions ! The lessons and mediation in Arhatic Yoga in the last 2 days were intensive & logic answers and meditations that my body and soul really needs.
Unfortunately alots of people were commenting that they got sick after soul course / arhatic yoga course!
Elhamdallah I didn’t experience this negative energy as they mentioned!!! On the contrary it was a wonderful experience for me.
Thanks I do appreciate the Mr. sriram effort and shared experience , the organizers & translator who did great job with other colleges.
