This was a life awakening course.
It was however too much information to digest in one day.
I recommend that the course would be spread along 2 or more days - though i understand that it can be hard given the fact that Mr. Prakash comes from Dubai to Bahrain.

This course is another level. Got a lot of knowledge and understand about souls and learnt the techniques for the soul meditation. Learnt the process of birth and death. Shanu Anand makes sure you leave the class having a full understanding of the course and an experience you will always cherish.
