Muhteşem bir inziva geçirdim. Farklı ülkeler ve şehirlerden gelen arkadaşlarla birlikte olmak ve aynı amaç için birlikte enerjilerimizi paylaşmak harikaydı. Yoğunlaştırılmış Arhatik yoga uygulamalarının belirli periyotlarda yapılmasının çok yararlı olacağını düşünüyorum. Öğretmenimiz sevgili Amir Hosein Khonsari'ye çok teşekkür ediyorum. I'm very happy to have learnt all what has been thought to me. I hope that the knowledge can reach our kids earlier than adulthood. I believe if the age is 16 years of age, perhaps schools should implement. Those are the children that will make our future society..so they will transform faster our world. They must be empowered , we have begun.
