Being in to meditation and have been in to Heartfulness Meditation for quite some time and also done Reiki This course I felt was helped me to clarify a lot of concepts and also I can say that it is very precise and detailed Also pranic healing is very effective This I experienced at an individual level as my energy levels soared manifold and I also experienced a lot of healing especially in parts of my body where I had felt stuck I am greatful and would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone and believe with the kind of diseases and traumas that each individual is experiencing we all need it to help elevate our situations Thank you
