Arhatic Yoga Prep-Intensive Practice

The intensive practice was very informative. As it is said, practice makes perfect. When you practice you understand more about what you do and why you are doing it. Practicing with a group, helped me experience my inner world more. I was going through a tough time when I came to this intensive practice.
