  She is a very dedicated, energetic and passionate individual. She has a clarity and indepth understanding of what she is teaching therefore is able to convey the same with ease. Time was maintained so was the protocol of the course. She did not allow any shortcuts and made us practice all required healing techniques. She was very interactive, always ready to give answers to our questions and also shared some experiences to make us understand things better. She made sure we don't just blindly believe in all what she says but validate it by seeing with our own eyes. The atmosphere was so wondeful that it was very tearful on day 2 when the course ended. Even after returning home, she has created a group and continuously keeps encouraging us to practice what we have learnt and do twin heart meditation everyday. She sends us scare with positive message from Grand Master regularly. I would say she is a great teacher. The smile on her face throughout was like the icing on the cake.

Sonal , a Kenyan by birth, an accomplished wife and a mother of two beautiful souls is a passionate Pranic Healer since the year 2009. She has pursued Paralegal Studies but has decided to be a full time Pranic Healer cum home maker which makes her fulfilled. Her love of travel and the amazing wonders of the world and nature, including wildlife has sparked her interest in photography. She loves painting and drawing too. Singing and dancing has always been a part of her life because music makes her soul happy, so she says.

Sonal is very committed in contributing to the work of her Teacher, Master Choa Kok Sui and currently instructs in Kenya. She is passionate about Pranic Healing, Photography, Art, and Esoteric Sciences and very much addicted to Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga.

Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga has become a way of life for her.
